Welcome to the Advanced Electronic Signature Verification Tool ("Service"). This Service was created by /n software SecureBlackbox engineers for its customers as an evaluation and testing tool of the company’s products.
2. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any warranties of any kind.
Please feel free to use this service at your convenience (and risk), even if you are not an /n software customer. Note that while the integral validity of a digital signature can be established objectively, its trustworthiness is a function of a specific trust environment (and, particularly, of the set of root certificate used as trust anchors).
The trust parameters used by this service have been chosen arbitrarily and may not be suitable for all use cases and trust environments; for some, the decisions returned may not be correct.
3. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, neither the developers of this service, nor /n software Inc., nor Take Digital Limited shall be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service;
- Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service;
- Any content obtained from the Service; and
- Unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.
